I have been teaching at GRMS since the 2002-2003 school year.  I graduated from the University of Maine with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education.  I have been involved in

sports my entire life and started my teaching career when I was 7yrs old

as a swim instructor assistant.  I have always enjoyed athletics and working

with kids.  I have coached many sports for over 15yrs but now I have stepped away from coaching and I currently officiate soccer, ice hockey and

lacrosse.  I have two wonderful boys, Connor and Joshua. 

My wife Christina is also employed

at MSAD 11 as an administrative

assistant at Gardiner Area High

School.  We have also lived in the

district since the fall of 2005.
